Under the leadership of Head Chef Nick Topham (former Head Chef at The Royal Clarence Hotel in Exeter, under the careful eye of Michael Caines) the Tytherleigh’s kitchen team pride themselves on offering a creative selection of dishes sure to appeal to all tastes and dietary requirements.

Whether grabbing a light lunch in the cosy bar area, celebrating a more formal occasion or even enjoying the Devon sunshine out on our patio, your meal will be cooked to order and feature the best seasonal, locally sourced meat,
seafood and vegetables.

When it comes to local real ales, we’re spoilt for choice. Our three house beers and lager come courtesy of the nearby Otter and Branscombe breweries.

Children and Dogs

We welcome families to join us for our lunchtime service, with highchairs available for little ones. We don’t allow under-fives in the evening, though well-behaved older children are permitted.

Your canine companions are free to join you in our bar or patio areas, though not in the dining room or accommodation. If you are booking a table, please be sure to notify us of any dogs accompanying you so that we can reserve you a suitable table.
