Dating back to the 16th century, The Tytherleigh Arms has long welcomed weary travellers through its doors and is now a renowned destination in the westcountry.
Housed in a tastefully converted stable, our six well appointed bedrooms contain everything you need for an elegant countryside escape. Each en-suite room offers feather & down bedding, pure cotton sheets and towels, ‘The White Company’ toiletries, tea & coffee facilities, a television and complimentary Wifi.
PLEASE NOTE, if you are making a booking for “Step 2” of the governments reopening roadmap, (this is currently from the 12th April to the 17th May at the earliest) your booking is a ROOM-ONLY booking, the restaurant and bar will remain closed until the 19th May, and then be open Wednesday to Sundays.
Our rooms are all self contained, each with their own front door, so no communal corridors or reception areas to worry about. We will be operating a contactless check in procedure, although we will be on hand should you require assistance. Our staff training and cleaning procedures have all be updated to be “Covid-secure” if you would like to see further details of the measures we are implementing our risk assessment is available here.
Housekeeping during your stay will be a little different, we will only enter you room for essential maintenance. We will arrange contactless delivery of any fresh supplies you may require.
Due to the increased cost of cleaning, both staff time and supplies, we are currently only able to accommodate bookings of 2 nights or more.
