Our talented kitchen team runs under the leadership of Head Chef Jack Cannell. Jack has several years experience in Michelin starred restaurants, including Chapter One and Lympstone Manor.

To operate in the safest way possible we have had to reduce many things; our trading days, the number of customers we can accommodate, the size of the team working at any one time. Rest assured our commitment to offering the very best food and service remains!
To allow us to continue to only use the very best, fresh local produce we have had to rethink the formats of our menus. We are excited to offer you a monthly changing Prix Fix Menu. Having had time to think (if anything too much time) about food and develop ideas, Jack and the team have created some stunning menus for you to enjoy.
The menus will be uploaded here in advance so we would suggest checking them prior to you booking. Please do notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
Whether grabbing a light lunch in the cosy bar area or celebrating a more formal occasion your meal will be cooked to order and feature the best seasonal, locally sourced meat, seafood and vegetables.
When it comes to local real ales, we’re spoilt for choice. Our three house beers and lager come courtesy of the nearby Otter and Branscombe breweries.
